9 બળદ વિષે કે ગધેડા વિષે કે ઘેટા વિષે કે વસ્‍ત્ર વિષે કે કોઈ ખોવાએલી વસ્‍તુ, જેના વિષે કોઈ એવું કહે કે તે વસ્‍તુ, જેના વિષે કોઈ એવું કહે કે તે વસ્તુ છે, તે વિષેના ગુનાની પ્રત્યેક બાબતમાં બન્‍ને પક્ષની તકરાર ન્યાયાધીશોની રૂબરૂ રજૂ થાય; અને ન્યાયાધીશો જેને ગુનેગાર ઠરાવે તે પોતાના પડોશીને બમણું ભરી આપે.

URV   ہر قسم کی خیانت کے معاملہ میں خواہ بیل کا خواہ گدھے یا بھیڑیا کپڑے یا لسی اور کھوئی ہوئی چیز کا ہوجسکی نسبت کو ئی بول اُٹھے کہ وہ چیز یہ ہے تو فریقین کا مُقدمہ خُدا کے حضور لا یا جائے اور جسے خُدا مجرم ٹھہرائے وہ اپنے ہمسایہ کو دونا بھر دے۔
IRVUR   हर क़िस्म की ख़ियानत के मु'आमिले में चाहे बैल का चाहे गधे या भेड़ या कपड़े या किसी और खोई हुई चीज़ का हो, जिसकी निस्बत कोई बोल उठे कि वह चीज़ यह है तो फ़रीक़ीन का मुक़द्दमा ख़ुदा के सामने लाया जाए और जिसे ख़ुदा मुजरिम ठहराए वह अपने पड़ोसी को दूना भर दे।
